Surgenciaa Travel Card (STC) is issued by Surgenciaa Holidayism – A brand of Webtalk eCommerce Pvt Ltd. You signing this form shall be deemed as your acceptance of the terms and conditions set below and shall constitute a binding Agreement between you and Surgenciaa Holidayism – A brand of Webtalk eCommerce Pvt Ltd. The company/service provider reserves the right to change, update or modify these terms and conditions at anytime, without any prior intimation. The latest and detailed version shall be displayed on the website www..surgenciaa.com.
“STC/Surgenciaa.com" shall mean webtalk eCommerce Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at Sanjaynagar, Bangalore-560094 and include its authorized service provider(s) or agent(s) engaged for this solution;
“Travel card” means the surgenciaa.com’s
card issued by the Webtalk
eCommerce Pvt Ltd.
“Card holder/You” means the individual to whom the card has been issued;
“Network Association” shall
mean STC Card private network."
“We/us” shall mean and include surgenciaa/STC/authorized service provider(s) or Agent(s) Hotelier /Hotel owner. Owner of any airlines or shipping company or Railway. Ferryboat owner/Operator, Coach owner/Operator or any other person or organization has been selected by the surgenciaa.com to render services to our client are “independent Contractors”.
The Card remains the property of the STC and surgenciaa.com under all circumstances. We reserve the right to issue the card or cancel/terminate the services at anytime.
