  IMPORTANT

   

  In case of group tours, the tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers travelling together In the event that the group size is less than 25 passengers you will be given an option of travelling on another departure date

   

   

   

   

  NOTE

  • All local taxes and services (Presently calculated as prevailing on 31st October 2016)

  • A person below 12 years of age on date of return flight will be considered a child

  • A baby below 24 months of age on date of return flight will be considered an infant

  • Third person in a Triple room will not be provided by extra bed or cot

  • Services of our Tour Manager or local representatives, while on tour for fixed departure

  • On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members

  • A local representative or your coach driver may only be there to assist you during your tour.

  • Certain sightseeing and excursions may not operate on public holidays

  • Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a   possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. However you will not miss any sightseeing or Excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary. Please check with your Sales representative for final details.

  • Surgenciaa Holidayism will not bear any cancellation charges of air travel, hotel and any other services booked by customer

  • Due to operational reasons, the routing of the tours may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged

   

   

   

   

   

  TERMS & CONDITIONS

   

  The applicable Rate of Exchange for initial payment/ booking amount shall be determined by the prevailing rate on the date/- day of booking and balance payment will be charged as per the prevailing rates on that particular day

  • The taxes and visa charges mentioned are as on date and in the event of any changes may be amended

     Any further increase in the air fare due to an increase in the fuel Price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will be borne by the passengers. Surgenciaa Holidayism will not be responsible for the same

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements will be borne by the customer and Surgenciaa Holidayism will not be held responsible for the same

  - Sometimes Due to natural weather conditions, natural disasters or adverse political conditions certain services, flights and tours may be cancelled. We will try our best to assist the Customer to help them solve the issue, but in no case a refund will be given. Rescheduling is possible depending upon availability and discretion for the airlines/destination service provider. Any additional cost shall be incurred by the client directly. 

  - Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 30 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.

  BOOKING CONDITIONS

   

  • A non-refundable amount as discussed with our sales team in order to initiate the booking provided the

  • A deposit of 25% of the holiday cost if the booking is made between 50 to36 days from the date of departure

  • A deposit of 50% of the holiday cost if the booking is made 35-21 days from the date of departure

  • A deposit of100% of the holiday cost if the booking is made 20 days or below from the date of departure

   

   

• Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days from the date of departure - Non-refundable amount as discussed with our sales representative.

  • 44- 31 days from the date of departure - 25% of the cost of the holiday.

  • 30-16 days from the date of departure - 50% of the cost of the holiday.

  • 15 days or below from the date of departure - 100% of the cost of the holiday.

• Any Cruise Length (Except 1 Night) the Cancellation Charges (per person) from reconfirmation date-
• Check in and Embarkation - Please present your completed immigration forms, original passport/government photo ID and Confirmation Slip to the counter staff.

Note:

• We are not holding any rooms or airline seats as of now and above mentioned is quote only , subject to availability at the time of confirmation .
• First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost .
• Itinerary provided is just suggestive and the sightseeing will be done as per availability.
• In case of no show or late cancellation after reconfirmation charges applicable as per the Hotels Policy and other vendors policy.
